Mr. Kenneth McKay and M Helen Morrison, affidavit having been filed in this office, as provided by Public Act __ 128 Laws of 1887, as amended, by which it appears that said Kenneth McKay is 32 years of age, color is White, residence is Detroit, Michigan, and birthplace was Scotland, occupation is Mechanic, father’s name James, and mother’s maiden name was Isabella McKay, has been previously married No times; and that said Helen Morrison is 26 years of age, color is White, residence is Grosse Pointe, Michigan, and birthplace was Scotland occupation is Maid, father’s name John, and mother’s maiden name was Helen Copeland and who has previously married No times, and whoes maiden name was [not populated], and whose [parent or guardian not populated] consent, in case she has not attained the age of eighteen years, has been filed in my office.
