Twenty-four new citizens from 10 different countries became naturalized citizens Wednesday morning in proceedings before Circuit Court Judge Joseph S. White.


After Judge White stressed the responsibilities of citizenship, the oath of allegiance was administered by Circuit Clerk J. A. Arnette.
