Day care starts up in Fort Ann


FORT ANN - A new day-care center has opened in Fort Ann, marking the second location of Ann and Derry Roberts’ expanding business.


The Koala-T Child Kare, at the corner of George and Elizabeth streets, operates from 7a.m. to 6p.m. Monday through Friday. The center can serve up to 18 children from 3 to 5 years old.


The new Day-care center, which opened last month, offers art and music activities and dancing along with free-time and the ever important snacks.


A menu is sent to parents each month detailing what lunches will be provided and explaining upcoming activities at the center.


The Roberts have run the Koala-T Child Kare center in Bolton Landing since 1985 and are considering expanding in to Saratoga and Hamilton counties.
