PETITION FOR NATURALIZATION


To the honorable Circuit court of Palm Beach County, at West Palm Beach.


(1) My full, true, and correct name is Wilma May Cumming Monson

(2) My present place of residence is 710½ Flamingo Dr. W. Palm Beach, Florida

(3) My occupation is Secretary

(4) I was born on Nov 9, 1931 in Edinburgh, Scotland

(5) My personal description is as follows: sex Female, complexion Med., color of eyes: Blue, color of hair: Brown, height 5 feet 6 inches;

Country of which I am a citizen: Great Britain

(6) I am divorced; the name of my husband was Clinton Edw. Monson

we were married on Jan. 6, 1953 at Escanaba, Mich. He was born at Escanaba, Mich. on Sept 9 1931, and now resides at Milwaukee, Wis. and became a citizen by birth.

(8) I have no children.

(9) My lawful admission for permanent residence in the United States was at New York, N.Y. under the name of Wilma M. Cumming on Dec 21, 1952 on the S.S. Queen Mary

(16) I have resided continuously in the United States since Dec. 21, 1952

(17) I have not heretofore made petition for naturalization.

(19) Wherefore, I, your petitioner for naturalization, pray that I may be admitted a citizen of the United States of America, and that my name be changed to Wilma Cumming.

I am a citizen of the United States of America; I have personally known and have been acquainted in the United States with the petitioner named in the petition for naturalisation of which this affidavit in a part, since at least March, 1957
