Miss Cumming Given Farewell Tea By Staff


Miss Christine Cumming, nurse director of the Visting Nurse Assn., of Palm Beach County, was honoured by the organisation’s staff at a farewell tea at the new Association home, 3222 S. Poinsettia Ave., Thursday afternoon.


Miss Cumming leaves Monday on a year’s leave of absence to do graduate work at her alma mater, Simmons College, Boston, Mass. She was presented by her co-workers with a leather brief case.


Mrs. Russell Thayer presided at the tea table, which was decorated with Rose of Montana. Ten staff members attended the tea.
